AVAYA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Sales Engineer with extensive experience in Avaya Contact Center products and solutions. The ideal candidate will provide high-level and detailed consultative solutions, technical and sales support for major account opportunities across Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. This role requires a deep understanding of Avaya's Architectures and Services, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The candidate will perform in-depth and high-level technical presentations for customers, partners, and prospects, and develop documentation for the implementation team during the post-sales cycle. This position will include the following responsibilities:
2 - 5 Years of experience.
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Computer Science.
Microsoft and/or Cisco or similar vendor or industry certifications. Must complete relevant Avaya certifications within six months of employment.
