Job description

Responsibilities

  • Managed enquiries by responding to incoming calls through the hotline and other channels like email.
  • Identify customer requirements and deliver prompt, accurate, and satisfactory responses.
  • Ensure proper recording of conversation with customers in the call center system.
  • Engage with all customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Able to work during weekends and perform overtime when necessary.
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors.

Requirements

  • Min O level equivalent with at least 2 years of prior experience in a call center or customer service experience.
  • A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply!
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients).

Other Information

  • Tanjong Pagar MRT.
  • 5 days work week including 1 weekend, 8am-5:30pm/8:30am-6pm.
  • Monthly gross salary up to 3,000.
