Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

Location: Ubi, Near Tai Seng Mrt
Employment Type: Full-Time

As we expand, we are looking for a passionate Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to enhance our customer experience, strengthen brand loyalty, and grow our community engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels (online, in-store, and social media).
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage online customer reviews, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution.

Community Management & Customer Loyalty

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster customer relationships and brand loyalty.
  • Plan and execute community-building events, exclusive member experiences, and engagement activities.
  • Encourage and collect authentic customer testimonials and reviews to enhance brand credibility.

Customer Retention & Referral Growth

  • Improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referral rates through personalized engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement loyalty programs and referral incentives to encourage repeat purchases.
  • Analyze customer feedback and insights to enhance the overall customer experience.

CRM & Data-Driven Engagement

  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, purchase behaviors, and engagement patterns.
  • Leverage customer data to personalize marketing and retention strategies.
  • Generate reports and insights to measure customer engagement success and recommend improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Relevant Experience in customer engagement, community management, or customer relations (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.
Ability to Handle Customer Inquiries & Complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Creativity & Initiative in planning customer engagement activities and community initiatives.
Familiarity with CRM Tools and online review management platforms.
Proactive & Analytical Mindset to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and referral strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Increase in positive customer reviews and testimonials.
Growth in customer retention and repurchase rates.
Higher referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations.
