Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customer enquiries, and assist with the shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions.
  • Handle face-to-face and phone calls feedback.
  • Raise work orders whenever tenants request technical assistance.
  • Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit card reward program.
  • Perform mall gift voucher sales transactions and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
  • 1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Good oral and written communications skills.
  • Passion for customer service and possess good customer handling skills.
  • Friendly and has a nice personality.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
