Job Description

• To deliver exceptionally high standard of customer service
• Able to answer incoming calls and provide customer service
• Arrange and fix appointment for clients
• Must be able to spot or generate new lead
• Assist Head of Department in achieving sales targets
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with initiative, work independently and ability to perform under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
