Job Description

This role’s duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Develops and provides weekly, monthly & quarterly Customer Operation (CO) metrics and reports (Some examples but not limited to: business scorecard, Revenue performance against targets; Backorder; Demand and supply, Cycle count, SLOB, Open work orders; (20%)
  2. Propose, develop and implement innovative software and applications to enable better data analytics. (20%)
  3. Proactively identify and streamline operational problems to ensure smooth operations and compliance. (20%)
  4. Act as Control lead to select order samples, coordination, and validations for Customer Operation (10%)
  5. Create, maintain and coordinate the approval process for department’s procedures, work instructions, SOPs, training, and other related activities as per company’s policy and keep them up-to-date. (10%)
  6. Share team’s responsibilities to support order fulfillment in assigned markets. (10%)
  7. Perform other related duties as assigned by management. (10%)

Skills, Knowledge And Experience

  1. University/Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Equivalent.
  2. > 3 years of related working experience in a customer service environment.
  3. Experience in ERP Systems (SFDC and SAP) preferred.
  4. Experience in data analysis, warehousing, and reporting.
  5. Experience using BI tools (PowerBI) for data visualization and reporting.
  6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and provide updates in a timely fashion with minimum supervision.

Great teamwork mindset and comfortable working with data for presentation and business reporting.
