Join us as a Customer Insights Senior Specialist (Marketing focused) and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies through data-driven insights.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are at the heart of Castlery, and we are focused on deepening our understanding of our customers. In this role, you will be an important team player in helping us make better customer-backed decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders from the global marketing team.

What you’ll be doing

  1. Monitor marketing metrics: Set up and track key campaign metrics, social listening, and competitor analysis to gauge the effectiveness of marketing initiatives on brand perception and sales performance.
  2. Validate concepts: Perform independent desktop research to validate business hypotheses and estimate the potential success and pitfalls of new product or campaign concepts.
  3. Strengthening customer profiles: Data analysis to sharpen the definition of key customer profiles, work with the marketing team to identify suitable messaging and UVPs. Inform category planning teams of how customer behaviour changes by regions and seasons.

What you’ll need

  1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, marketing, data analytics, or related fields.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in quantitative market research roles; experience working on marketing-focused projects is a must. Experience with quantitative projects is a plus.
  3. Craft compelling narratives backed by credible data and transform numbers into meaningful insights for the business. Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  4. Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally.
  5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  6. Technical skills in SQL, Excel, PowerBI will be a plus.
