In this Role, you’ll get to:
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries from customers and partners through tickets, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently manage a large number of client inquiries professionally.
• Continually assess and suggest improvements to workflows, collaborating with Team Leaders or Managers as needed.
• Maintain strict integrity and confidentiality standards, safeguarding customer information at all times.
What you’ll Need to Succeed:
• Degree/Diploma in relevant majors.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English to assist English-speaking customers and fluency in Mandarin to coordinate with stakeholders from different regions.
• Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform well in challenging situations and effectively manage stress.
• Prefer with customer support experience in mobile application product or other software product.
