Our client is the principal of the a Premium German Car brand; they are urgently seeking profiles from Luxury Retail, Luxury Hospitality, Premium automobile, Airlines industry etc:
Demonstrate exceptional enthusiasm by being the brand advocate that create a positive environment for a customer centric, fascinating and personalized WOW moments for our prospects, customers, enthusiast and business partners
Offer a tailored needs assessments with personalized and emotional engagement through product/service presentation
Deliver embracing customer consultation with the Audi tailored sales process with great focus in explaining and guiding on the vehicle configuration, financial consultation, purchase journey
Behave as subject matter expert for the brand, history, products, services and technologies while collaborating with other job roles to achieve company sales and satisfaction targets
Optimize the sales funnel and consistently update all customer data in our CRM to ensure all active digital and physical engagement are aligned across the team
Be in control of the well-being and hospitality of all the Experience Centre visitors and include the emotional elements to create brand excitement and build trust within the Customer Centric team
Perform assignment allocation with guidance and supervision of the experts in the customer centric retail team
Implement task monitoring mechanism that allows immediate follow up on all outstanding matters promptly with the team
Deliver performance monitoring and reporting for the management
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years of working experience preferably in the Automotive/ Luxury Retail / Tech Sales/ Hospitality and Aviation Service
A team player with excellent interpersonal, communication skills, customer oriented with passion and motivation for sales
Prior leadership experience preferred
Goals oriented and flexible to change
Proficient in MS office and ability to learn other systems for daily operations
Required to perform shift work including weekdays evening and weekends (including PH)
