What you do

  • Lead the identification, planning and execution of marketing programs, communication strategy and branding partnerships. A voice of the customers, this role is also responsible for understanding the customers' business needs, surfacing customers’ business priorities and delivering effective customer experiences that will exceed retention outcomes.
  • Develop and communicate a powerful and meaningful ‘Why Choose Us’ proposition and develop relevant content to engage the target clients’ segments.
  • Run large scale full funnel marketing and communication campaigns across multiple touchpoints for both internal and external communication.
  • Manage and implement our flagship Business Awards partnerships and continuously optimize the ROMI.
  • Understand the banking awards landscape, including pitching and amplification as well as developing B2B pitchbooks.
  • Be the center of excellence for brand stewardship and creative excellence.
  • Overall budget and KPI management including management of various agency partners.

By combining customers’ insights, strategic thinking, data sensitivity and application, working closely with stakeholders from various business divisions to create campaigns and content that will trigger positive responses from our target audiences that in turn achieve our business objectives, KPIs and results.

At least 10 years of digital marketing experience is essential, is a digital native, fluent with modern digital media especially social media such as WeChat and LinkedIn.

Strong planner, macro & detail oriented, with excellent project management, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Tenacious and resourceful, self-motivated, and able to execute across multiple channels while being comfortable adapting to changing priorities in an ambiguous environment.

Due to the nature of the business segments, excellent fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must; fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is a big plus.
