Position Title: Customer Care Specialist
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8am – 5pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary
Duration: 6-Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
Focus on order processing, order fulfilment till delivery in a prompt and accurate manner.
Acknowledge customers’ emails on queries, feedbacks, and order placements within one working day.
Follow up with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and determine future requirements.
Ensure that customer's complaints and feedback are well investigated, resolved, and escalate complaints/feedback to Senior Management while working with Regulatory & QSHE swiftly and independently.
Ensure the availability of certificates of analysis/compliance, applying inspection status.
Prepare, generate, and disseminate customer reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Collect and maintain sales data and a database of customer contacts.
Maintain a good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access to work documents when needed.
Recommend management systems improvement measures to the Superior.
Comply with management systems procedures.
Follow the company’s procedures, safety rules, and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
Not engage in any unsafe or negligent acts that may endanger yourself or others working around you.
Use personal protective equipment provided to ensure safety while working.
Participate in protecting the environment, preventing pollution, complying with applicable requirements as identified in the policy statements, and promoting sustainable practices.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with MS Office and computer skills.
Customer service working experience is an advantage.
