What You Will Do
Handle Customer Inquiries: Autonomously analyze and respond to customer inquiries regarding the usage of our platform, Transporeon, via the Help Center System. Prioritize and resolve issues while documenting them in our ticketing system.
Support Carrier Integrations: Manage and support the implementation of Carrier Integration requests for standard interface solutions, ensuring seamless integrations.
Perform Administrative Tasks: Conduct problem analysis, gather customer information, document interactions, provide small translations, and verify customer accounts.
Proactive Customer Engagement: Contact existing customers from our Carrier list, organize and deliver web-based user training during and after integrations, and participate in carrier information events.
Prepare Reports and Manage Accounts: Generate internal and external reports, manage customer invoices, and follow up on accounts receivable (AR) reminders to ensure timely payment.
Technical Troubleshooting: Handle Level 1 (L1) technical system troubleshooting tasks to resolve basic technical issues.
Collaborate Across Teams: Provide support for customer service-related tasks on other system products when necessary, ensuring smooth operations.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
Hold a formal qualification in Information Systems, a focus on Operations or Transportation would be advantageous.
Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory; a third foreign language is a plus.
Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Care is highly valued.
Fast technical comprehension, comfort with Google Suite, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Enthusiastic about contributing to the mission of digitizing the logistics industry by providing modern solutions that enhance users' daily work.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and a collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach.
High level of organization, proactivity, and reliability in managing tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
