Job Description
Quotation management: handle enquiries, prepare quotation.
Order Management: order loading in SAP, coordinate with sales and planner logistics to ensure 100% OTD.
Order Fulfilment: on-time loading, accuracy, and on-time execution of delivery for local customers.
Project Management: contract management for specific projects.
Post-sales assistance to customers.
Reporting: provide sales-related reports to the commercial team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Forecasting: assist supporting BU in sales forecasting.
Inventory Management: coordinate with logistics on stock level and consignment stock management.
Others: support customers and the commercial team in all sales-related matters.
Job Specification:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
Documentation skills, information management, and multi-tasking.
Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, is a must; SAP is a plus.
Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and project management skills.
Good organization and planning skills.
Effective organizing skills and detail-oriented.

Working Location: nearest MRT - Boon Lay.
5-day work week.
