Job description

Job Description

  1. Quotation management: handle enquiries, prepare quotation.
  2. Order Management: order loading in SAP, coordinate with sales and planner logistics to ensure 100% OTD.
  3. Order Fulfilment: on-time loading, accuracy, and on-time execution of delivery for local customers.
  4. Project Management: contract management for specific projects.
  5. Post-sales assistance to customers.
  6. Reporting: provide sales-related reports to the commercial team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  7. Forecasting: assist supporting BU in sales forecasting.
  8. Inventory Management: coordinate with logistics on stock level and consignment stock management.
  9. Others: support customers and the commercial team in all sales-related matters.

Job Specification:

  1. Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  3. Customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
  4. Documentation skills, information management, and multi-tasking.
  5. Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel, is a must; SAP is a plus.
  6. Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and project management skills.
  7. Good organization and planning skills.
  8. Effective organizing skills and detail-oriented.

  • Working Location: nearest MRT - Boon Lay.
  • 5-day work week.
