Customer Care Officer (6-12 months | 5 days week | completion bonus)

- 8am to 5.30 pm, Mon to Fri
- Tuas South Place
- Company transport pick up/drop off provided: Boon Lay MRT
- $2,200 - $2,700 per month
- 1 year / minimum 6 months
- 1 MONTH BONUS upon 1 year completion!!

Responsibilities:

1. Handle first level of incoming communications
2. Raise and follow-up on customers' orders received by phone, email and etc
3. Maintain documentation accuracy for DO processing for accurate invoicing
4. Handle customers' enquiries relating to delivery of goods
5. Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders to follow-up on orders fulfillment
6. Any other relevant administrative duties as assigned

• Minimum O Level and above
