Job description

You are the Ambassador, the first point of contact for Core Concepts!

As a member of the Operations Team, you:

  1. Service the clients in ways that fit their needs most.
  2. Be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience through all communication channels.
  3. Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing customers' concerns efficiently and ensuring that we deliver value through appropriate solutions.
  4. Be customer-centric and passionate about service delivery, assertive in holding difficult conversations.
  5. Perform the full range of operational and collection functions.
  6. Be accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals guided by the organisation's service performance indicators.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  1. Team player, able to work with team members and various stakeholders.
  2. Personality Traits: Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused.
  3. Customer service skills: Attentiveness, empathy, patience, consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills.
  4. Analytical thinking and high problem-solving skills.
  5. Good command of written and spoken English.

Training will be provided.

5.5 days work-week, with rest on Sundays and public holidays.

Compressed Work-Week (Alternate Saturdays) available.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
