Job description
Responsibilities & Duties
Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
Study financial details in supporting documents.
Verify financial details against supporting documents.
Amend incorrect financial details and update status.
Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval.
Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading.
Advise applicant on submission of GSR online.
Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment.
Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA.
Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
Requirements
GCE ‘O’ level
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in account / registration area.
