Job description

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.
  • Study financial details in supporting documents.
  • Verify financial details against supporting documents.
  • Amend incorrect financial details and update status.
  • Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval.
  • Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading.
  • Advise applicant on submission of GSR online.
  • Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.
  • Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment.
  • Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA.
  • Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.

Requirements

  • GCE ‘O’ level
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, preferably in account / registration area.
