[CSRE] Resident Technical Officer (5.5 days) | North | S$3,000 basic and higher +

• 5.5 days (Standard hours: Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm) & Sat (9am to 1pm), totalling 44 hours per week)

Your job:

• Assist with on-site supervision by conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Identify, document, and monitor defects in construction work, ensuring timely rectification in line with project specifications and timelines.
• Attend site/project meetings to provide progress updates, discuss technical issues, and assist in preparing regular progress reports for management.
• Support the enforcement of on-site safety regulations and ensure all personnel adhere to safety protocols.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure works meet required standards and project specifications.
• Perform other duties as required by senior management.

Requirements:

• Registered RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• 3 years experience in construction projects.
• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• Familiarity with project management software and local building codes.
• Availability to work on weekends or public holidays as required.
• Experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO) is a plus.
