Crypto Operations Executive [ Bitcoin / Blockchain ]

Working location: Raffles Place central region

Working hours: Mon - Fri, 9am- 6pm

Responsibilities

1. Conduct market research and analysis, make overall operation planning for the business line, and formulate quantifiable operation indicators.
2. Responsible for the daily operation of the virtual currency exchange, with the goal of increasing transaction volume, number of traders, transaction fees, etc.
3. Cooperate with the BD team and channels, sort out business plans and rules, and cooperate with product R & D team for development and launch.
4. Monitor the daily liquidity and market trends of the listed currencies, find abnormal situations, and coordinate with product and technical departments in a timely manner.
5. Insight into the industry and market, and continuously improve the business operation indicators at all stages through various operation strategies and methods.
6. Plan all kinds of operation activities, coordinate and implement, cooperate with the team to achieve the objectives, and track and analyze the results.
7. Refine the traffic, channels and users of the operation platform, and improve the efficiency of various resources of the platform through data analysis and rational allocation of resources.
8. According to the actual operation needs, analyze the operation of competing products, propose solutions, and solve them accordingly.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in finance, banking, or computer science.
2. At least 2 years of operation experience, preferably in the financial payment or cryptocurrency field, with a solid operational knowledge system and practical experience; growth hacker experience is preferred.
3. Experience in blockchain and cryptocurrency industry; those with experience in digital currency trading are preferred.
