Authorize and certify aircraft components by signing release documents in compliance with regulations.
Conduct detailed inspections using technical manuals, blueprints, and precision measuring tools to assess components at various stages.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality management systems, and approved technical data.
Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances, collaborating with engineering for issue resolution.
Maintain safety and quality standards by following company policies, regulatory guidelines, and workplace safety requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in aviation maintenance.
Proficient in precision measurement tools with CMM operation and programming.
Able to interpret technical documents including GD&T requirements, complex blueprints, and engineering manuals.
Salary: $3,000 to $3,500
