Crewing Manager (MPA, ICA, MOM)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate crew deployment, scheduling, and certification matters in accordance with industry regulations.

2. Ensure vessels are adequately staffed with qualified personnel and in line with maritime standards.

3. Manage crew-related documentation, welfare, payroll, and training records.

4. Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding of seafarers while liaising with approved crewing agents.

5. Support internal audits, manage visa/work pass applications, and stay updated on statutory crewing requirements.

Requirements:

1. Degree in HR, Business, or Maritime related discipline.

2. At least 5 years of marine crewing management experience.

3. Familiar with MPA, ICA, MOM processes, and crew certification handling.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.
