What You'll be Doing

• Lead the development and maintenance of risk review and credit granting strategies.
• Drive decision-making through quantitative analysis, establishing a differentiated risk management system based on customer profitability and risk, utilizing full-process metric monitoring and customer profiling.
• Collaborate with analysis and modeling teams to optimize strategy processes and conduct in-depth analysis.
• Monitor government regulatory policies, market changes, and product iterations, providing timely and targeted recommendations.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in statistics, finance, or economics.
• 3 or more years of experience in strategy formulation or participation in the development of internet financial products.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or Python is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking, written and verbal communication skills, and strong coordination abilities.
• Strong numerical analysis skills, with proficiency in either R or Python. Experience in risk control analysis, modeling, and strategy roles in internet finance, banking, or third-party services for over 2 years is preferred.
