1 Year Credit Control Officer

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm

Job Purpose:
The Credit Control Officer is responsible for supporting both Corporate Banking and the Credit Analyst Department in monitoring ongoing Credit Investigations during Annual and Interim Reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist both departments in performing credit investigation screening for Annual and Interim Reviews.
• Conduct detailed and meticulous searches using internal and external systems.
• Be a self-motivated individual to ensure that tasks are completed timely and accurately.
• Handle any other ad hoc requests as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE, Diploma in Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience within the Banking industry, particularly in name screening.
• Proficient in reading and writing in English/Chinese to liaise with Head Office counterparts and use internal/external systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Singaporeans only.
