Credit Analytics Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Credit Analytics Business Analyst to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on credit analytics and loan origination. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, and ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for credit analytics and loan origination processes.
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and ensure they align with business needs and technical capabilities.
• Work within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework to ensure the successful delivery of technology projects.
• Utilize hands-on experience in credit analytics, particularly for large corporates, to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with technology, business, and analytics teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions.
• Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in the testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the credit analytics domain.
• Strong understanding of credit analytics and loan origination processes. Experience with credit analytics for large corporates is a plus.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and experience in preparing functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
