Our client is an established corporate bank in Singapore looking for an experienced Credit Analyst Manager to join them. This is a team lead role reporting to the Deputy GM.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit review for due diligence reports of corporate customers, ensuring compliance with regulations and bank policies, identifying main risks, proposing risk control measures, determining overall credit risk, and conducting client credit ratings.
  • Manage project flow: coordinate team members to complete credit analysis reports on time while meeting quality requirements. Assist department management with staff management and cultivate credit analysis experts specialized in relevant sectors.
  • Provide opinions for credit files reported to the pre-trial committee.
  • Conduct industry research for responsible industries and revise relevant approval guidelines.
  • Monitor commitment matters and provide effective risk control recommendations for clients showing early warning signals.
  • Manage and coordinate business relationships between the Credit Analyst team and other teams within the Risk Management Department and relevant business departments.
  • Support internal and external audit tasks and regulatory reporting requirements, and manage information reporting regarding customers and credit cases. Complete other specific work arrangements as assigned by the department.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in finance, economics, accountancy, or related fields; skilled in financial statement analysis and understanding bank-related credit facilities.
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience, with credit analysis experience for corporate clients preferred.
  • Possession of CFA, FRM, or ACCA professional certifications is preferred.
  • Strong financial and credit risk analysis and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork ability.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is required to liaise with Chinese counterparts from Head Office.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with an understanding of the bank's review requirements for financing products.
