Establish and refine the Company's risk management framework to ensure standardized and systematic processes that align with the Company's risk management philosophy.
Formulate risk control strategies, set up early warning mechanisms, and maintain centralized credit risk control for the Group.
Conduct customer credit assessments, offering recommendations on credit ratings, terms, limits, and risk mitigation measures in line with the Board-approved credit framework.
Continuously track customer credit status, promptly report anomalies to relevant departments and Senior Management, and provide regular updates on overdue balances, credit insurance, and market trends.
Propose effective risk mitigation solutions for transactions exceeding the Company's risk appetite, ensuring compliance with approved risk frameworks.
Collaborate with departments to assess and monitor customer guarantees, including both financing and non-financing guarantees issued by the Company.
Identify and manage legal, compliance, and market risks associated with credit approvals.
Review, report, and manage the Company's major risk events, providing emergency response as needed.
Conduct annual reviews and targeted assessments of customer risk profiles.
Assist with additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department or Senior Management.
Conduct credit assessments, lead ageing/collections meetings, and resolve issues related to doubtful or uncovered debts.
Regularly visit customers alongside line managers or sales representatives to strengthen relationships and assess credit risk.
Additional information:
Proficient in digital solutions and ERP systems, particularly with the credit module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Strong understanding of credit control policies and operational procedures.
Proven expertise in importation and wholesale distribution of fuel-related products.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related numerical discipline (or equivalent) would be advantageous.
