Job Title: Marketing Executive
We’re looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll support social media, content creation, influencer campaigns, and more, bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life across multiple platforms. If you're proactive, social media savvy, and camera-friendly, this is the role for you! You'll have the opportunity to be the face of our brands, get involved in all aspects of marketing while contributing to the growth of MIJ Hub’s mission-driven brands in Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media & Content Creation: Manage and create engaging content for MIJ Hub’s brands across social media, websites, emails, and blogs. Stay ahead of trends, memes, and viral challenges, creating content that resonates with our audience.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with each brand’s unique voice and maintains a cohesive presence across all channels.
• On-Camera Presence: Be the face of social media, hosting and creating engaging content in front of the camera, delivering messages in an approachable and engaging way.
• Influencer Campaigns: Research and identify influencers that align with our brands, manage outreach, onboarding, and maintain relationships for successful campaigns.
• Creative Ideation & Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm fresh content ideas and campaigns. Assist in creating presentations and aligning content strategies with business goals.
• Basic Design Support: Use Canva or other relevant softwares to create eye-catching graphics for posts, emails, and marketing materials.
• Email Marketing: Assist with crafting high converting emails for campaigns and ensure they are optimized for high engagement.
• Research & Reporting: Research industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors, and provide insights for future campaigns. Report on content performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1-2 years in social media marketing, content creation, and copywriting.
• Copywriting: Strong ability to create engaging, clear, and persuasive copy for social media, websites, and emails.
• Social Media Savvy: Excellent understanding of social media trends and best practices across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design Skills: Basic proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing on camera to host content and engage with the audience.
• Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken); Malay/Bahasa is a plus.
• Pleasant Appearance: Must be camera-friendly, with a likeable demeanor.
• Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive projects forward.
• Attention to Detail: Spot and correct copy errors and refine designs when necessary.
• Research: Strong ability to conduct research and provide actionable insights for content and influencer campaigns.
