Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Creative Manager / Director with a strong background in branding, marketing, and digital media to lead creative initiatives within the blockchain and cryptocurrency space. The ideal candidate will bring visionary ideas, oversee multi-channel campaigns, and play a pivotal role in crafting our brand narrative to captivate and inspire audiences worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive creative strategies that align with brand objectives and drive engagement across various channels.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, and experiential initiatives.
  • Brand Management: Shape and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity that resonates with target audiences, ensuring all creative output aligns with the brand's mission and values.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay informed on industry trends, consumer insights, and creative best practices to ensure innovative and relevant content.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and business development teams to align creative efforts with strategic goals and to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Project Management: Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and efficient delivery of creative projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in creative roles within branding, advertising, or digital media; experience within the technology or blockchain sector is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative leadership, high-quality design, and successful brand campaigns.
  • Proficient in design and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) with a solid understanding of digital and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience pitching ideas and influencing key stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to lead multiple projects from concept to execution.
