Creative Lead (6-Month Full-Time Contract)

Employment Details:

  • Type: Full-time Contract (6 months)
  • Starting Salary: SGD $3,500 per month
  • Post-Contract Salary: To be reviewed based on performance + CPF contributions
  • Work Schedule:
    • 4 days in-office
    • 1 days flexible (remote or offsite) per week

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership

  • Lead and develop the creative vision for client campaigns with the Creative Director.
  • Conceptualize and present creative ideas and proposals for a range of projects.
  • Oversee all creative outputs, including branding, promotional materials, and merchandise.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Mentor and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Guide team members and facilitate cross-department communication.

Project Management & Execution

  • Set clear project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Proactively identify project risks and challenges, providing solutions.
  • Utilize project management tools to drive successful project outcomes.

Stakeholder Management & Industry Insight

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and continuously refine creative strategies.

Recommended Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a creative or design-related role (e.g., Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Strategist).
  • At least 2 years leading creative teams or managing projects from concept to execution.
