Creative Lead (6-Month Full-Time Contract)
Employment Details:

Full-time Contract (6 months)
Starting Salary:
SGD $3,500 per month
Post-Contract Salary:
To be reviewed based on performance + CPF contributions
Work Schedule:
4 days in-office
1 days flexible (remote or offsite) per week
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Brand Leadership
Lead and develop the creative vision for client campaigns with the Creative Director.
Conceptualize and present creative ideas and proposals for a range of projects.
Oversee all creative outputs, including branding, promotional materials, and merchandise.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and channels.
Team Development & Leadership
Mentor and inspire a creative team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Guide team members and facilitate cross-department communication.
Project Management & Execution
Set clear project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Proactively identify project risks and challenges, providing solutions.
Utilize project management tools to drive successful project outcomes.
Stakeholder Management & Industry Insight
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage expectations to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
Stay up to date on industry trends and continuously refine creative strategies.
Recommended Experience:
5+ years
of experience in a creative or design-related role (e.g., Art Director, Senior Designer, or Creative Strategist).
At least 2 years
leading creative teams or managing projects from concept to execution.
