Job description

Reporting to the Senior Group Creative Manager, we are looking for a dynamic Creative Executive who will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and measuring marketing campaigns, as well as analysing market trends to identify new opportunities.

Description:

  • Assist in the execution of 360 marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales from new and current customers
  • Execution includes campaign ideation, creative, activations & events, digital marketing, Public relation, KOL, advertising, communications, and more.
  • Tracking and analysis of results and insights in digital marketing, social media, and in-store promotions and activations to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support with monitoring marketing spending against the budget, keeping accurate records and reporting an accurate summary of total spending at the end of a marketing campaign. Ownership of the calendar of the brands communications channels to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Copywriting for marketing collateral, including e-dms, brochures, online banners, and more.
  • Manage external agencies and partners such as design, photographer, Public Relation, events, media, KOL; and liaison with landlords.
  • Work with in-house designer to develop creatives that are in line with brands positioning.
  • Assist Creative team with video production duties (secondary)
  • Assist Senior Strategic Manager in administrative duties

Focused:

  • Ideate & conceptualize both dynamic & static content to drive engagement on social media platforms
  • Participate in video creation from pre-production to post-production
  • Graphic design of marketing collaterals to strengthen brand identity
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Generation of SEO content and execution of SEM campaigns
  • Oversee social media accounts: engage followers, reply to DMs, and drive overall engagement
  • Liaise and engage KOLs for collaborations to further drive brand awareness

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years experience in consumer marketing
  • Experience from industries such as retail, shopping mall, F&B, fashion, beauty, home, would be advantageous
  • Excellent project leadership and project management skills and ability to juggle between projects and priorities
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write copy for different purposes and audiences
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, social media management, creating presentations
  • Profound knowledge on SEO and SEM strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure.
  • Desire to explore new ideas and ways of doing things
  • Strong work ethic and integrity, maintaining timeliness, discipline, and professionalism.
