Job Description:

We are seeking a Visionary Art Director with a rich background in ceramics art and photography to lead our creative team in video. You will be instrumental in transforming artistic visions into viral TikTok campaigns and innovative retail experiences that resonate with our diverse and vibrant audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the artistic direction for our TikTok content and online retail visuals.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content that reflects our brand’s ethos and meets commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate artistic elements into multimedia formats, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all platforms.
  • Strategically plan and execute visual campaigns that enhance product visibility and consumer interaction on TikTok.
  • Utilize your expertise in ceramics and photography to bring a unique, aesthetic edge to our product design.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Art Director, ideally within the fields of ceramics and photography.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in art creation, design, and digital content.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and push creative boundaries.
  • Proficient in digital design tools and platforms relevant to TikTok content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
