Job description
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the creative team in the development and execution of innovative design concepts.
- Provide creative direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality visual and creative designs across various mediums.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of creative outputs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design technologies.
- Review and approve final designs, layouts, and artwork.
- Mentor and inspire creative team members and foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to company design standards.
- Provide strategic input and contribute to the development of marketing and branding strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative design projects.
- Expertise in graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate concepts into impactful designs.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
