Our client is an award-winning, independent creative agency with social at the heart of everything they do. They are proud to work with lots of well-known global brands, such as Nestlé, Canon, Milo, Singapore Grand Prix and more.

They're currently looking for an experienced art-lead Creative Director to lead the Creative team, manage senior client relationships and get hands-on with projects!

What you'll be doing:

• Working on integrated campaigns for several brands
• Developing creative concepts for experiential, integrated, social and digital campaigns
• Managing clients + leading presentations
• Overseeing brand identity work
• Leading a small team of creatives, helping to train + mentor them
• Leading brainstorming sessions

What you bring:

• At least 10 years of experience working in art-based creative roles
• Experience working in a creative agency
• You must have experience working on experiential projects - including delivering marketing campaigns to promote the events, the on-site experience and post-event reporting
• Experience working on integrated campaigns, such as TVCs, social content, OOH and more
• Experience with and a passion for managing a team
• Still happy to be hands-on with execution, given that it's a smaller team
