Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and work with the internal marketing department to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workloads, and monitor deadlines and budgets.
Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals.
Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions.
Requirements
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing and advertising, graphic design, media production and brand development.
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Premiere, InDesign, etc.
Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Salary Range: from $9,000-$10,000.
Annual Leave: 7 Days in year one, 14 Days in year two, and 21 Days from year three onwards.
