Candidates must have at least 10 years of hairdressing experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Master Stylist, and experience managing a salon with sales of at least $15,000 and above.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities include:

1. Running day-to-day operations and playing a management role in developing the business.
2. Providing hair cut and coloring services.
3. Administering scalp/hair treatments, shampooing, blow-dry styling, and chemical treatments.
4. Maintaining safety standards and environmental cleanliness.
5. Monitoring customer's treatment progression and building good customer relationships.
6. Assisting customers in the selection of retail products or services for their hair care needs.
7. Conducting training, mentoring, and business development duties.

Additionally, the candidate will be part of the management committee and assist in strategy, direction, and planning.
