Course Manager

Our client, a long-standing private education institute, is looking for a Course Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Programme Development: Design and develop comprehensive programmes tailored to industry needs.
2. Trainer Engagement: Identify and collaborate with trainers to deliver high-quality courses.
3. Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of short courses.
4. Curriculum Development: Create and update course materials to maintain relevance and quality.
5. WSQ Courses: Manage and deliver client's WSQ courses.
6. Student Interaction: Engage with mature students, addressing their unique needs and feedback.
7. Compliance: Ensure all programmes comply with Singapore Tourism Board (STB) requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably DACE qualification or at least ACTA certification.
2. Strong network within the tourism industry.
3. Membership with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) is required.
