Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Country Sales Manager located in Singapore. As a Country Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team within the country or assigned specific region, developing and implementing GTM strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing distribution channels and clients. This role is located in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. This role will be reporting to Director, Business Development, Strategy and Global Expansion.
•Responsible for sales projects in the region of local market
•Proven sales methods and support tools to achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully converting leads into clients
•Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers, assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services
•Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules
•Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
•Discuss with Sales Director on weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met
•Effectively communicate client needs to the technical teams for future product enhancements
•Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs, to establish value and product fit
•Perform duties as assigned by Company from time to time
