Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of new contract booking, addition variation order and compliance with current contract booking, estimating policies & approval matrix
• Ensure all projects review is covered in Monthly Cost Review meeting and perform necessary cost re-estimation on time
• Work closely with project team to identify the project risk and opportunity
• Ensure the completion of review and perform dormant contract & Net Asset Exposure (NAE) on quarterly basis
• Ensure timely review and perform contract close out
• Perform necessary month end closing activities for job costing and backlog reconciliation
• Coordinate with oversea customer on export project billing and collection
• Maintain and update contract booking/completion and estimating policies
• Liaise and follow up with Genpact on intercompany/ 3rd party on GRNs/Invoice dispute issues
• Support for yearly activities - Stock take / statutory audit / Tax requirements
• Support month-end closing, accounting reconciliation review and ad-hoc assignment

Requirement

• Bachelor Degree's in Accountancy / Finance or relevant disciplines
• Min. 3 years of related working experience
• Knowledge of long-term contract accounting preferred
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also an effective team player
• Able to multitask and deliver on tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel; good working knowledge of ERP systems
• Good written and verbal communication skills; with strong presentation skills
