Corps Assistant (Part-Time)

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for carrying out all the support / administrative duties as directed by the Corps Officer or any person so designated by the Corps Officer.
2. Ensure the smooth operation of the administration office in Singapore Central Corps.
3. Ensure all correspondence, communication and administration is appropriately actioned and responded to in an accurate, timely, and sensitive manner.
4. Ensure the Corps records and record systems are kept in an accurate, safe, and professional manner.
5. Ensure proper administration records of Children's Ministry (Kids' Club, PraiseKids, Joy Hour).
6. Ensure proper scheduling of teachers for PraiseKids ministry as well as Joy Hour.
7. Liaise with Programme Department and SCC PraiseKids teachers on lesson plans.
8. Assist in other operational areas and perform other duties as directed.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum 5 GCE O level passes
2. Comfortable to work in a church setting

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances, the hours of duty will be as follows:

Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays 8.30am to 5.30pm

24 hours per week.
