Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management, or Law
Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualification/compliance background would be an advantage.
Prior relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage.
Job Description
To provide a full suite of corporate secretarial related services (e.g., incorporation of company, change of company officers, and share transfers)
Handling submission of ACRA & IRAS transactions
Preparing Directors/Shareholders resolutions, Extraordinary/Annual General Meetings Minutes, relevant statutory forms, and other related documents for on-going corporate secretarial matters.
Ensure that secretarial files and statutory records are properly updated and maintained.
Performing onboarding/ongoing due diligence check on new and existing clients.
