Job description

As a Corporate Secretarial Assistant Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, delivering a full spectrum of corporate secretarial services. Your responsibilities will include managing various corporate secretarial duties, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and providing support to the team on diverse corporate matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and provide corporate secretarial services, including incorporation, strike-off, and the preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.

  • Ability to coach and train team members to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for both the company and its clients.

  • Attend and draft minutes for general meetings, board meetings, and board committee meetings.

  • Onboard new clients in accordance with company policies and procedures.

  • Perform other corporate and ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification, or actively pursuing it. A Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or Law is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in corporate secretarial practice.

  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, other relevant regulations, and XBRL.

  • Prior experience in handling offshore entities (BVI, Cayman) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

  • Strong team player with a positive attitude and drive to succeed in a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Conscientious, meticulous, and organized.
