Corporate Relationship Manager (Up to 11k/ CBD)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring new transactions and credit renewals align with the Branch's credit risk acceptance criteria.
• Develop a relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain, or exit client relationships.
• Prepare concise and timely credit proposals/renewals, highlighting major risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct KYC for new customers and perform periodic reviews for existing customers in compliance with bank-wide requirements.
• Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures.
• Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures, promptly adjusting obligor credit ratings as needed.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and prospects, monitoring relevant industries.
• Proactively manage deteriorating credits and identify cross-sell opportunities to maximize business returns.
• Identify potential cross-border business collaborations with overseas branches.
• Conduct regular marketing visits and submit detailed call reports.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by the Department, aligned with business needs, internal policies, and procedures.
• Fulfill any assignments from supervisors or Management as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role as a large corporate relationship manager.
• Good credit report writing skill is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across multiple departments effectively.
• Proactive, energetic, results-oriented, and possess strong business acumen.
