Corporate/Private Equity Associate – Singapore

The corporate deal market is primed to pick up in South East Asia in 2024, and this is a great opportunity for a junior to mid-level M&A/private equity specialist to join an elite international firm in Singapore.

The workload will be a broad mix of private equity, corporate, and some restructuring work, with some bias towards the clean energy sector, due to the strength of that particular sector.

You will be common law admitted and ideally have post-qualification cross-border corporate experience from a Magic Circle or equivalent firm. Energy sector experience is an advantage. Mandarin language skills would also be helpful but are not required.
