This is a client-facing, entry to mid-level role where you will be working closely with our other brokers to manage a portfolio of commercial clients and new leads from our referral partners.
You will primarily assist clients to advise on their insurance requirements, educate them on coverage, negotiate terms with various insurers, and assist in simple claims or any operational requests.
Clients will mainly be Technology Related, Fintech, Blockchain, Payments and Financial Institutions in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary goal is to ensure clients assigned to you bind their insurance policies with us smoothly and that their insurance enquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Key insurance classes you will need to handle include Professional indemnity, Cyber, Crime, and Director & Officers Insurance.
This is a client-facing role and you are expected to be the key point of contact for your clients. You should be able to advise them on their current coverage and renewal dates, how to understand renewal insurance comparisons, their regulatory and contractual insurance requirements, appropriate coverage for their nature of business, and next steps when there is a claim.
You are expected to manage insurers directly to get coverage placed, including negotiating quotes with multiple insurers, creating an accurate and detailed comparison of insurers' quotes, handling their queries for information, and following up with them on any post-sales documentation and administrative processes including claims or endorsements from clients.
As a licensed MAS GI broker, you need to ensure you meet all MAS compliance requirements.
As part of our sales team, you need to ensure renewals are updated on our CRM regularly.

Singapore Citizen or PR only.
Background in insurance, technology, finance, legal, or sales is an advantage.
Relevant qualifications such as ComGI, PGI, BCP & HI exam are an advantage.
