Corporate Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide accurate financial information on the performance of companies within the group.
2. Conduct company-specific and industry research, monitor financial movements, and analyze data for benchmarking and decision-making.
3. Assist in the development and execution of corporate finance transactions within the group.

Job Duties:

1. Analyze and maintain financial data for group companies.
2. Develop and maintain financial models and databases on comparable companies and industry data.
3. Identify trends and conduct business studies on past, future, and comparative performance.
4. Access market data to provide up-to-date valuation metrics.
5. Prepare analytical reports as required.
6. Assist with structuring transactions, negotiations, and preparation and review of transaction documents.
7. Guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making within the group.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA certification preferred.
2. MBA is a plus.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
5. Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and financial data services.
6. Proven knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
7. Advanced skills in financial forecasting, modeling, and reporting.
8. Independent, initiative-driven with strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
9. Minimum 3 years of experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, Investment Banking, Securities Equity Analysis, or M&A/DD consulting.
10. Big4 auditing experience is highly preferred.
