Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager / Automotive MNC / Central

Our client is an Automotive Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Corporate Finance and Treasury Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.

Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee cash management, bank loans, and intercompany lending.
2. Support stakeholders with FX and trade finance matters.
3. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including FATCA.
4. Prepare weekly consolidated cash flow forecasts for short- and medium-term needs.
5. Assist with the preparation of directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions.
6. Ensure compliance with statutory filing requirements.
7. Support audit processes by preparing necessary bank and director confirmations.
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports and annual financial statements in line with group standards.
9. Coordinate with Legal on banking agreements and negotiate terms with banks.
10. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Min Degree in Accounting or equivalent
2. Min 5 years’ relevant working experience
3. Good knowledge/experience in treasury is a bonus.
