Our esteemed client from the healthcare industry is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to build a sustainable company brand ecosystem.
2. Spearhead the development and implementation of a brand strategy to strengthen the company’s reputation in patient care, research, and education.
3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, donors, healthcare providers, and government bodies.
4. Develop communication plans that promote ongoing engagement and build stakeholder loyalty.
5. Lead internal communications to ensure alignment between staff and company core goals and values.
6. Promote a strong organizational culture that reflects the institution's brand promises.
7. Oversee content creation for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and press releases.
8. Leverage digital strategies and data analytics to increase brand awareness.
9. Collaborate with other communication teams to manage crisis situations and safeguard the company’s reputation.
10. Serve as a spokesperson during critical moments or events.
11. Plan and execute major events and public relations campaigns to showcase the company’s initiatives and breakthroughs.
12. Work closely with media outlets to secure positive coverage for the company.

Requirements:

1. Min Degree in Mass Comm/ Public Relations from any recognised institution
2. At least 8 years of relevant experience
3. Good interpersonal skills
