Ensure accuracy and maintain the Society’s corporate identity through copywriting, editing, and reviewing collateral and publicity materials
Collaborate with stakeholders to create content for various mediums
Support executive communications, including letters, speeches, and presentation slides for President/ CEO
Produce two to three articles monthly and moderate site content for The Graduate Microsite
Monitor and update the corporate website daily to ensure information accuracy. SEO optimisation to drive website traffic
Enhance NUSS' social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram) through crafting engaging content, collaborating with creative designers for visually appealing stories across different media
Support the production of Annual Report
Assist and execute the Annual General Meeting
Liaise with vendors for Society’s events & manage the digital media gallery.
Invite and host media representatives at Society functions
Oversee merchandise inventory management, stock replenishment, and reconciliation, while brainstorming new merchandise ideas
Support Sub-Committee(s), Panel(s), and Task Force(s) including minutes writing taking
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
Minimum degree in Mass Communication, New Media, Public Relations, or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in WordPress, Canva, and video editing software
Strong understanding and active use of social media, including proficiency in Google Analytics and social media analytics
Knowledge of HTML and experience with content management systems (CMS) is advantageous
Independent and excellent team player with the ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and thrive under pressure with a positive attitude
