The Role

As the Corporate Business Development Manager, you are a dynamic person who is passionate about corporate sales. You are thrilled by the opportunity to introduce our global press release distribution service to the public relations, marketing communications, investor relations, digital and government agencies.

As an expert of our service, you are a good listener who understands the clients’ brief and can tailor solutions that would help the clients to achieve their targeted communication goals.

In your role, you will be supported by a servicing team that is committed to delivering the highest standard of deliverables to our clients.

Job Skills:

  1. Ability to formulate a strategic plan that focuses on achieving your business goals
  2. Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, managing, and expanding existing customer relationships to maximize growth opportunity.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
  4. Possess good presentation skills
  5. Develop new markets and identify business opportunities
  6. Enjoys making cold calls.
  7. Follow up on warm leads.

Requirements:

  1. Must be a university graduate with over 4 years of experience
  2. Candidate from the Digital Media, Public Relations, Investor Relations, or Corporate Services industries is a must
  3. Has effective consultative selling skills
  4. Able to develop a strategic sales plan to drive own performance
  5. Strong verbal and written communication, including compelling presentation skills in English
  6. Has excellent networking and relationship building skills
  7. Self-motivator who can work independently with solid time management skills
  8. Self-discipline and focus on achieving goals

Benefits:

  1. Our current performing corporate business development staff earns more than SGD20,000 ++ per month (Basic + Commission)
  2. Commission is paid next month where you don't have to wait for client to pay first
  3. Monthly travel and mobile allowance
  4. Execution of sales bookings are handled by Customer Servicing Team
  5. 5 days work week
  6. Extra 1 day for birthday leave
