Your new role

• Execute the overall success and growth of the assigned portfolio by creating new relationships through the acquisition of new local Singapore-incorporated customers.
• Partner with clients in order to fully understand their businesses, strategies and challenges, to proactively recommend an effective variety of financial products and services to help customers succeed.
• Promote the cross-selling of banking products to our customers based on their banking needs, improve our wallet share with the clients, to accomplish the branch's growth targets.
• Perform effective financial analysis and underwriting in the areas of credit, cash flow and collateral; structure and complete suitable business loans/services to the clients; and to follow-up on client maintenance work post disbursement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years of directly relevant working experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager.
• Experience in building, creating and maintaining effective relationships with customers and internal partners in the local Singapore market.
• Experience in dealing with SEA clients is a plus point.
• Knowledge in structuring corporate deals independently.
• Cash management and trade finance experience are imperative, together with the ability to onboard new clients independently.
• Good experience in commercial credit underwriting skills.
• Target loan sizes will be USD5M and above and target annual turnover of new clients will be USD30M and above.
• Must have a strong ability to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with North Asian internal and external stakeholders.
