Corporate Banking Operations Analyst - (Contract) - Ethel T.

Our client, a well-established bank is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic professional to join their Corporate Banking Operations team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the end-to-end operational processes related to corporate banking products such as loans, trade finance, treasury, and cash management.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute and monitor day-to-day operations for corporate banking products including loans, deposits, trade finance, and cash management.
2. Ensure accurate booking and settlement of transactions within agreed timelines.
3. Liaise with Relationship Managers, Product, and Technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and servicing.
4. Handle client inquiries, resolve operational issues, and support service level commitments.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, including AML/KYC, FATCA, and local regulations.
6. Perform operational risk assessments and support internal and external audits.
7. Participate in system enhancements, UAT, and business continuity planning.
8. Maintain accurate documentation for all operational processes and client transactions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
2. 3–8 years of experience in corporate banking operations.
3. Familiarity with corporate banking products such as loans, treasury, trade finance, and payments.
4. Contract Position.
